You know Is It just me or does GM make "par" with honda and toyota, I mean there ads say they have more efficient models than toyota and are more fun to drivie than honda BUT WHERE DOES THE DURABILITY GOEES? Like the cobalt ss turbocharged against civic si I-VTEC-- more horsepower and typically same features and cheaper pricing than the civic. BUT they copyed the civic with the four door sport car same goes with the equinox. Why do they think there better than the japenese? forget about the germans
equinox states its lower emissions are better than the CRV and RAV4 WTF?
 
Its called competition. That's the point. If they were to just let Honda build their cars without answering with a comparable model, they would be missing out on a large portion of the buying public.

They copied the Civic? Well being that there are very few new ideas when it comes to car configuration I guess they are all copying each other. The idea is to take that general body type and make it their own. I guess GM has done that pretty well if they have more power, similar features, and less money.
