For a couple of days i've been feeling out of sorts, dull headache, ringing in the ears, dizziness, lack of appetite, also woke up with pressure behind eyes this morning, just unwell. Have been to malaria area, got back 1 week ago.
given the fact that you were in a malaria area, shouldn't you see your doctor? A blood test may tell you both what's wrong. If you could see an infectious disease specialist, that would be your best resource for an accurate diagnosis. Of course you could also be jetlagged.
