GEEZ A-Team being ripped to shreds

I watched the film this morning at it is 1 of the best Prequel films that I have seen in ages. Critics should be ignored anyway, just because they don't like it, doesn't mean that we have to take note what they say.

I saw it today as well, and I really enjoyed it, the guy who played Murdock was really good and funny.

The tank scene wasn't as bad as i feared it would be from watching the trailer.

I saw it yesterday and loved it. Plenty of laugh out loud moments
Especially the tank scene and afterwarRAB with Murdock asking which way to Berlin

Where are you guys watching it, online? Didn't think it was out for another month.

I've never seen any of the tv shows so I'll be watching it without knowing anything about it really.

watched it last night, thought it was ok - I thought I was going to hate it, but was actually surprised at how OK it was, certainly not great, but definitely not bad

US reviewers are slating it because of it's almost 'family friendly' PG-13 rating. Some films that have that rating in the US are rated 18 over here!

It was only ever suppoosed to be a family film though (what were they expecting when the TV show was a family show? "I aint getting on no motherf*ckin' plane!" would have been a bit odd), so any complaint about the rating is a bit redundant if you ask me.

That said, i'm not even slightly interested in the film due to the simple fact that it looks quite crap (i'm getting a 'G.I. Joe' esque vibe from it).

The BBFC is strangely averse to the "mother" part of that swearword. It shows how messed up their ratings classifications are when they find the actual swear word less 15 worthy than the "mother" part:rolleyes: It was the only reason why Die Hard 4.0 was rated 15, even though the F word was almost entirely obscured by a gunshot ("yippe ki yay motherf.."*BANG*).

I haven't seen the show at all.....I thoroughly enjoyed the movie, never a dull moment....Liam Neeson was kick a*s as Hannibal, Sharlto was bloody hilarious as Murdock damn he is a such a brilliant and talented actor, Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson he did a very good job with his role and well Bradley as Face he was surprisingly really good.....

My favourite bits were:
when their tank is heading towarRAB the water, everybody is panicking and what not, Murdoch's having a ball LOL! and after it lanRAB he asks for directions :D

Where they get the plates, Murdock carries the container with B.A. with the help of the helicopter, when they are safe, B.A. gets all pi*sy in the container saying how he hates flying, Hannibal and Face are laughing at him, then Murdock comes along and calms him down, that whole scene cracked me up

The beginning bit where Murdock is flying the plane when they are escaping from Mexico thanks to Face's antics, Murdock tries like these stunts in the air lol

The end bit, Face's plan and how it was executed was genius and got Lynch right where they wanted him
I loved the chemistry between the three actors during the movie, it worked so well and was believable....The banter between B.A. and Murdoch is so funny and sweet at times....How foxy did Liam look? Bradley Cooper phrwoaarrrrr man he is finee - when he was speaking Spanish and French in the movie it made me love him even more lool, didn't realise how beautiful his eyes were either mmmm lol....Murdoch was so cute and goofy, he was one of the highlights of the movie for me personally!

All in all, I recommend you go and see it....Ignore the critics and go in there with an open mind....It's one of the very few good entertaining summer popcorn action movie so far this year and I would love to see a sequel to this for sure!!....xxo

Think a lot of the negativity will be because of a loyalty to the original. It's hard to imagine anyone else playing those much loved characters. My partner is a huge fan of the A team but is refusing to even give this a chance.

How can anyone be a fan of The A Team and be over the age of 12 ?? :D
They get locked in a shed with only a lawn mower and a bike and come out on an armoured personnel carrier !! :p

Yes, if it's anything like the show it'll be complete sh*te.

That said, I always liked it when a jeep full of baddies flew over a ravine, fell sixty feet, then rolled to a stop, only to have the baddies stumble out dazed and brushing dirt from their shirts, instead of being declared dead at the scene.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but weren't the A Team supposed to be SOLDIERS ??
How many thousanRAB of bullets did they fire, and not one person EVER got shot !!
