Gears of War PC Unreal Editor?

I just got Gears of War for the PC, and you can use the Game Editor, but it says you have to get it. Were can i download it? I searched all over the web. Please post a link please.
 
The editor is on the disk, basically, when you have installed the game, create a new shortcut for the game, and then go to the properties for that shortcut, insert the following exactly as it is, at the end of the shorcuts pathway...

"Editor"

that shortcut should then open the game editor when you open it up, you may need to have your game disk in the drive when you wish to use the editor.
