I have a 1994 Acura Legend with 130K miles. The car (automatic) is having a slight difficulty changing gears. There is a slight delay in the gear shift and then the car jumps a bit as the shift takes place. What could be the problem, would it be OK to keep driving it like this? Thanks
I found a similar problem on the web: http://www.fixya.com/cars/t1129185-2006_corolla_check_engine_light_gears

Says the ECM should be fixed, could it be the same case for my car?

the clicks u feel are there to let u know how far u've shifted out of park, u can buy a can of lithium grease or pb blaster and spray some down in there, but if ur car jumps a lil try replacing ur trans mounts and adding a lil fluid if its low

Change the fluid and filter if it has one and pray. It will either fix it or you need a trans rebuild.
