Hey, okay, so I am going into my first GCSE year, and I have chosen History, Geography, and Photography (we are only allowed to pick 3 options)
So I have done some researching on it, and a lot of people on various websites have said that History is really hard and includes a lot of work??
I am so scared that I have chosen the wrong options!! :S
Can you tell me anything about the subjects I have chosen??
Thanks xx

I guess if you were sure before you took them then it should be okay.
They're all going to have work and my friends who took history did say it was a lot to remember because you have to study loads of medicines, but you're only doing 3 options and you'll get help so it should be fine. I had to take four subjects and i found it fine.

Hi, i am also now going in to my first year of GCSE's and i also took history, don't worry about it, if you get stuck im sure your teacher will help you and you cant always believe the stuff you read on the internet, it does envolve a lot of coursework though. x

I'm about to go into my second year of GCSE and I chose both History and Geography (along with Spanish and Art) and I don't know if you're going to be doing the same topics, but I believe the curriculum is the same for the whole of England, and I can tell you that History really isn't hard at all. It's my favourite subject and it's a really interesting course, I'm glad I took it - you do the American West and The Irish Question in year 10 or fourth year, and the American West is all work which you do an exam on at the end of those years and the irish question consists of 2 essays. You get plenty of help along the way and have plenty of time to finish everything, it's not hard and I don't think you'll regret it ;)
Geography couldn't be more easy, that's all I have to say :P
We don't have a photography course at our school so I can't help with that =/

Hope I helped :D
