i know in brasil there are a lot of gays and transexuals, i want to know if this happens in other countries to the extent that it happens in brasil

Yes, though maybe in Brazil people are more open about it. I've seen it in both India and the U.S. Especially in Bombay; many gay hippies holding hands and walking around.

Gays and transexuals are in EVERY country and culture! Just like there are blind people and people with depression in every culture.

It's everywhere- even in small towns. You might be looking right at a transie and not know it- until they talk and voice is deeper than a frog.

i believe brasil has the most transexuals and gays than most nations in the world, india and china may have more because they have over a billion ppl each but brasil has the most amount of openly gay and transpeople.

its nice that your country is not homophobic and can accept these people for who they are! Vivre les Brasilien

It happens everywhere and is now scientifically proven to not be a disease...it's as natural as being straight...it just isn't a normalcy to most. And if you think it isn't natural, well, think about this...in the animal kingdom there are straight animals right? well, there are also homosexual animals. in every culture, in every city, state, country, phyla, genus, airplane, neighborhood...there is bound to be at least one person that is gay.
Deal with it.
