Gay marriages are illegal using the weapon of religion! ?

If gays were to make their own religion(s), could they be protected?

for example christians broke away muslims and made their own relegion....why cant they

rastas were recently founded

we all know "they" ( the govt.) would think of a new tactic but do you think it could work?
 
no clue but I'm an atheist so I'd have to be a atheist with (insert name of religion here) values
