gauss' law question about charges and insulators?

there are 3 circuler areas. in the middle there is an insulator with radius, a=6cm.
then there is an empty ring with radius b=19cm
and the outside ring is an insulator with radius c=28cm

suppose that the electric field at a point 11cm from the center is 3740N/C radially inward while the electric field at a point 46cm from the center is 310N/C radially outward.

find the charge on the insulating sphere. answer in units of C.
