You probably can but you may want to call your doctor's nurse or even ask the pharmacist and they should be able to tell you with more certainty.
I know I have mixed remedies like that in the past without any adverse side effects. But I usually ask the pharmacist before I take a leap.
You may even be able to find a 24 hour pharmacy you can call and get an answer over the telephone if you can reach the pharmacist on call.
