Hi,
I am 22 years old and I am suffering from the following symptoms for the past 1 week. Am not in India now, so someone pls suggest me what to do:
1. A week ago, I had the strange feeling in my chest, the feeling of a person when he will be afraid. Eg: When suddenly a thunder strikes and you are taken aback. This feeling increased due to my psychological effect, and it persists whenever I think about it.
2. Also, I dunno whether due to this, but gas has accumulated in my stomach and chest, and is refusing to pass out by any means. I have no idea how to come over this problem. Can anyone pls
help
