Gas Mileage on your Stock 2011 Touring

Just wondering what folks are getting on their stock 2011 Touring. My first full fill up for my 2011 Electra Glide Classic resulted in about 36.5 MPG. I expected a bit more. What is everyone else getting?
 
I don't mean to butt in...but...yesterday on a 250 mile,50-60 mph trip,I got 49 miles per US gallon.Riding solo,no tour pak,totally stock,12000miles,09 EG Classic.
 
I'm on my second tank in my 2011 Ultra Limited. I didn't figure the mileage on the first. I probably won't check it until I get a couple thousand miles on it. Right now it's in the break in stages and every seems pretty tight on mine. Your mileage should get better as things start to break in and loosen up a bit.
 
your mileage won't be as good until you have about 3000 to 5000 miles on it. Break that thing in first before you start monitoring everything
 
me too....i only get 38 +-. i think the best i EVER got was 40.8 mpg, lowest i got was 36.3. a couple of other times i got 40 but most run from 37-39. if i wanted mileage, I'd run my Yamana 102 ci it gets around 40-42 mpg on regular.

You will have somewhat of a break-in period during which time you will experience lower average fuel mileage. If everything is working right, the fuel mileage will gradually get better with time and miles. I may be wrong but I would guess the '10's will not get as good fuel mileage as the '09's because of the cats in the headers.

I think I was getting around 39 with my '09 Ultra Classic when I first got it. I have gotten as high as 48 MPG riding solo. Since installing a Ridemaxx fuel management tuner the fuel mileage dropped to around 41/42 mpg. I'm not heavy on the throttle and ride around the speed limits, +or- a couple mph.
 
You have to remember that some of us live where there are no montains. I don't do any city driving either. Heck, I barely have hills and curves around here Everytime I fillup anymore, the digital diplays says 252 miles. That's 42+ mpg.
