gas mileage for 90's chevy/ford truck or ranger?

i'm stuck between looking for a chevy/ford truck in the 90's era and a ford ranger.The older body style regular cab 1500/f150 auto trans. or around a 2000ish ford ranger stick or auto shift, regular or extended cab. i just want to see the type of gas milage people are getting. also it can be 4x4 or 4x2. i would travel about 60 miles a week. if you could just give all the specs you can i would really appreciate it. thanks
