gas gas trials bike deal what do you think?

i have what i think is a good deal for gas gas trials bike. its and 1999 or 2000 not sure but has new tires new chain and sproket new handles bars new pegs and the engien was just gone over by a motercycle mechanic. o also it was owned by a motercycle mechanic and well mantaned he only wants $1000 bucks for it so plzz let me know
