Garth Brooks was, is, and always will be the greatest country singer

Just because people make a song about a trajedy, doesn't mean they are exploiting the situation. Jackson wrote the song, it's a great song, and sure he got payed along the way. Other people that got payed along the way duing 9/11: firemen, police, health professionals, laywers, etc. They were certainly not exploiting or capitalizing on the trajedy. But they were getting money.

If people do something well, and they make money for it, more power to them.
 
actually if you never heard of them The PovertyNeck Hillbillies are also. Real good country. They are local, but are getting big quickly. I have seen them 3 times so far.

The man in your av is the best country/western musician ever!!! I heard from someone a few months back that he passed on? Is it true? Please say it ain't so!
 
He took on a big task, and added his own flavour to it. Almost feels like a different song than the original, which I had liked from the beginning. Definately has a lot more of a rock feel to it
