My husband ended up with a bench tech job through a temp service. He's been with them for 2 years. We ran into some financial troubles along the way, and a bill collector started garnishing his wages. I'm actually embarrassed to let anyone know that, but that has been our luck these past few years.
The wages towards the outstanding bill were paid for over a month ago, and this temp service is still garnishing hubbie's checks.
Right now the temp service owes hubby 541.04. My husband has called them numerous times, and no one seems to know where the money they owe him is. We even called the Attorney who garnished husbands checks, and he said a portion of that was sent back to the temp service July 10th. We don't know what else to do. My husband has called the corporate office, and the local office 8 times. Should we find an attorney? This week's check was garnished again.
Does anyone know what we could or should do?
The attorney has faxed the corporate temp office 3 times.
