Garmin Nuvi 200W car sat?

I'm having difficulty registering my Garmin unit.
I've logged onto the Garmin site but they cannot find my model number, am I doing something wrong?
 
I struggled with my 250w at xmas. Are you putting the serial number in, or the model number? On mine the sn is on the bar code sticker on the box. Oh and their website is very confusing, just try getting your free map update, took me over 2 weeks! and the 2.4 Gig download didn`t work!
