hello.i REALLY need help about gardening.I live in an apartment block-but it only has 3 flats.we redecorated the building this year.but we didn't do anything for the garden.i want to cover the garden with grass but my stingy neighbors say they don't want to spend money on its care.but now the garden looks very ugly so i want to cover it with something looks green.so what can i plant except grass?
note:i live in turkey,ankara.it has a warm climate in spring and fall,it's about 37 degrees in summer and it usually snows in winter
