garden ridge distrubution employment. why is it so hard to get employed here?

i have been working as a temp at the garden ridge distrubution center in plano texas for about a year and they refuse to hire anybody.has anyone had any experience with this company? they give me every excuse in the book,.......submit your application again...........we will hire in january.........we havent hired in 3 years.................
