Unlimited Confusion

He's a pretty big bumble bee,the biggest one we've seen around here. He sits on our back porch and waits for us to come out the door then he chases us/stalks us. He'll follow us around. If we go inside,he'll look at us through the window. This is really getting out of hand since we can't go outside now. Not even my puppy can go out since the bee hangs in the back yard. We've tried to spray the bee with wasp and bee killer but he's too fast and gets away.
What can we do to either chase him off or kill him?
