Garden Gnomes Stealing our vegetables?

I live with my mom and we decided we'd like to have a garden this year she also likes those creepy garaden gnomes so they are standing all over the back yard where our garden is.

Since a few days ago som eof our tomatoes have come up missing and we don't have any squash now. I'm sure its those gnomes i've heard them at night under my window messing with the bushes and talking in a strange language but they won't talk to me i've tried getting them to talk to me but they wont

How can i keep them out of our garden? Mom won't let me move them and i'm affraid that if i try they will try to hurt me.

Help me PLS!
 
Its the squirrels.
Try setting the gnomes up in a line around the garden to act as guards- they will scare off all the squirrels w/their fierceness and karate skills.
 
Garden gnomes don't eat very much. If you allow them a small "take" from your garden they will help you in other ways that you will be very grateful for.
Just go out and tell them it's ok and remind them that they should help you out a bit. They forget sometimes.
 
just don't mess with them and you'll be alright, leave out some food for them and they will leave your garden alone
