Radishes take only about 22 days from planting the seed, to harvest. If you look right where the radish green meets the dirt, you should be able to see enough of the radish sticking through to tell if it's big enough.
If not, then right after the next time you water and the ground is still soft enough, use your finger and thumb to feel just below the surface to see if it is big enough.
