GameStop won't be releasing AC Brothehood Doctor in the Box?

I already pre-ordered Assassin's Creed Brotherhood Collector's Edition (Xbox 360) at GameStop but I am shocked by what I just saw. Harlequin is exlusive to GameStop customers only. Does that mean I can't choose the Doctor in the box? WaaAAaAa.....NooOOo I want the doctor more T___T The Harlequin is kinda CreEpY >__<
