well i was looking at some other yahoo! answers and i discovered that selling games to gamestop and having them charge it on your GS giftcard will get you more money!? =O i was gonna trade in about 20 ps2 games that are pretty old and i was wondering if my findings are correct, and if so, how much extra money i could get.....sorry if this question may be confusing to you..........

take your games to them and have them do a trade in. once they tell you how much you can get, you can have them finish the trade or you can decline. no one here will be able to tell you how much money you will get. games vary in value, so it depends on what games you have.
and they don't charge anything. they can put it on a blank Edge card for you. if you have an Edge card (and you get the magazines in the mail) it will give you 10% more credit. "charging it to a gift card" will NOT get you more money. there are often trade in deals running that can get you more money too. then it depends on what they are and how much you can get for what.
one last thing, if any of them are sports games, you will get next to nothing for them. each time a new version comes out, the older ones drop drastically in value.
