Gamestop pre-order question?

go back and change the order they wont hold a copy for you if you wait till you get there

Hi. I've pre-ordered Red Dead Redemption on the PS3 but I've decided to get it on the Xbox 360 instead. If I go in to pick it up can i just say "can i get an xbox copy instead"? or is there something else i have to do to ensure that i get it on xbox.

i would call the gamestop you preordered it to ans ask for the xbox version instead and they should be able to work it from there

Yes there are thing you will have to do. If you don't do these things, you may end up with the PS3 copy only. You need to call in and you will most likely have you go to the store to do this. I have done many GameStop Pre-Orders and there are only as many games as are ordered most of the time, so don't wait and do it soon. I may be wrong and that is why I say call first.
