I recently purchased 4200 microsoft points and instead of emailing me the code which it said they would do they posted the code which doesnt help as i have recently moved house they blamed me and said there was nothing they could do any advice?
 
Unfortunately there isn't much you can do. I don't know how much it cost you but court seems like the only option.
