game wont play when mounted on virtual drive?

i mounted my game on to a virtual drive in my computer but when click autoplay nothing happens.
the icon is in the drive.
when i click on the icon on the desktop it says insert disk into CD drive.
I've tried disabling the other drives, and mounting it with Alcohol 120, Daemon tools, and Magic Iso.
help please?
 
Because it has anti piracy measures.

Most new games have a disk requirement to prevent people from downloading them, mounting them to a virtual drive, and playing them without buying them.

Many also have CRC bitchecks to prevent you from burning them as well.
