Ok the computer is Windows XP and connected with a Cat-5 Cable. It is connected to the internet because he can use a web browser and play one game that I know of that uses the internet. The problem is that he download two separate games and had the same error from both saying when trying to start the game that the computer was not connected to the internet. Some one have any ideas?
