Game - Guess the Quote

I hope no one minRAB if I started a new game thread, I just thought that the Simpsons has so many great one-liners, that we needed a game thread for Simpsons geeks who could pick out a quote anywhere!
So here's the game: Someone posts a quote (preferable a one liner) and the next person has to guess who said the quote. As an added challenge, you can try to also guess what episode it's from, but you don't have to. Simple enough, right? Ok then.
Let's start off with something fairly simple:
