I CANNOT figure out how to beat the first level of Noki Bay. the uncork the waterfall. I tried getting the jumping thing and jumping and it didn't work. I tried throwing it. I tried carrying it and flip jumping. I tried getting the boat and it just like disappeared. WHAT do i DO?

O how do you beat the dumb no water guy things. I'm stuck on like ALL of them.
