Hey, my mom works for a Mental Healing Community and has to deal with medical laws so the IT guy there put a new security system on it... I don't know what happened but the battery died as she was logging in one time and now when she powers on the screen blacks out and she can't do anything... u can see the android power on animation but at the point where it reachs the unlock screen(i think cause i cant see aoything) it just goes black. If i hit the power buttin the screen with airplane mode and power down options comes up and i can see that and the buttons along the bottom light up white... is there any way i can sync it to the computer and unlock it from there or anything else i can try?...i just got a job under the IT at her work and so my first task is to try to fix this problem... i could really use some help from anyone out there....Thanks
