Galaxy Nexus S or Galaxy S 4G for use with Mobilicity?

Having difficulty deciding between these 2 - any thoughts/opinions?

Is the 4G really important for you? If not I would go with the Nexus S.

Had a Galaxy S Vibrant and returned it because of problems within 7 days.

I wouldn't recommend it until the bugs are worked out.
