gaining weight. yet playing sports...will pick best answer?

how do I gain weight if I am 5'2 105 pounds and I am very skinny. I live in Montana and I play soccer and I am constantly going to camps and running and staying in shape? It seems its impossible because even if I eat a lot I go an burn it off. What to do?

Weight in legs especially.

Eat double the amount of carbohydrates (pastas cereals rices etc) and double the amount of protein, and carbohydrates not used turns into fats! You probably have a high metabolism, to slow it down try to eat just 3 meals a day and no snaks, as eating frequently speeds it up! Also try and reduce the amount of iodine in your diet, and try adding a spoonfull of olive oil to different meals, its very healthy for you and just one spoonfull has like 150 calories!!

I would not suggest eating alot cuz when you start to get older your metabilism will slow down and you will just get fat. jion the marines and get muscules lol
 
I'm the was same way. What I do is drink protein shakes before and after workouts with weights. Go to your local GNC or whatever is near you and buy a big thing of protein. I use Amplify XL but there's a lot of different brands that'll work. Anyone there can help you. Go to the gym and focus on no more than two muscles groups such as chest and shoulders on day and biceps and back another. Do no more than 8-10 reps for each exercise pushing your body to the limits. Push yourself to get those last couple reps in. That's the best way to gain muscle mass and get bigger. I hope this helped good luck!
