Gadget to help lift and firm breast on TV?

I saw a commercial a while back and it was something that you use to help lift and firm your breast. It was like a little machine and you squeezed it together to lift your breast. Anyone see this or have any tips to lift and firm my breast without surgery?
 
no need to waste money on that stuff.
Just join your palms together (As if you were praying but just stick your elbows out) and squeeze. You can do it low or high. Sets of 25 should help.
