G800 Flash Problem

I Try flash a g800 give problem.when i press 9+power key phone start download mode put usbcable in then coputer give the eror "unknow device" tey too many times
when i try to write imei with NSPRO e210 cable connect give"Checking serial communication...Checking Security...Operation failed!" The mean can connet with j45 cable but connot connecet whit usb. alread tryed 4 usb cables,i check the IFC its no problem.i think some problem with the phone.!!!!!!!!

any one got soution plz!!!!!!
 
try connecting phone switched off via cable and phone should start up its self then drivers install if you have them in your pc samsung cdma Once that is done you should be able to connect in download mode if not check and make sure phone is seen in control panel /phone and modem/modems
