g1 no hard reset

hello that such Tegmo Here I have a g1 which does not let me do hard reset. when I press home + power I get the color screen like boot mode, I've tried everything, try to increase the boot with the SD memory but on the home + power for me again the same problem of color screen someone give me some solution please.
 
bro.phone is working or what's problem.i think it has a hardware trouble.like as water damage or camera button not work.

if you need hard reset press:-
Power off the G1Hold Home Key + End key for 20 seconds or until you see a "triangle with an exclamation point and a picture of the G1"Open the QWERTY keyboard and hit Alt+WRestored!Masters
 
I've done that a lot of times but do not want to restore puts the screen in color and I never get the triangle with the nose and telefonito what else to do, and I've tried everything. some other idea?
