G1 asking for google accounts

i have unlock G1 but now it is asking me yo create google accounts so can some one help me pls
 
br, u have 1st gmail account, if not creat gmail acc.

and then u have internet (gprs) enabled provider sim, edit perfect setting which ur gsm provider sends.
and just login with ur fmail id password. now g1 was activated,
