I thought American movie was quite touching rather than laugh out loud funny though I admit his drug-fried mate was pretty chucklesome. I liked Clerks too - can't wait for the sequel.
Here's my two - The Jerk and Airplane, both endlessly rewatchable like all good comedies
Ron : Yeah Brick, ive been meaning to talk to you about that, you should probably find a relative or a friend close by, and lay low for a while, because your probably wanted for murder.
Brian Fantana: Theyve done tests, and 60% of the time, it works EVERY time.
I liked Meet the Parents, especially the bits with the cat & some of the National Lampoons were good. I have a very dry sense of humour & it does take that special something to make me laugh. A lot of films that are supposed to be funny, don't make me laugh
I dont know what this says about me, but I seemed to have split my sides the most at those bathroom humor movies such as American Pie, Van Wilder and the "battleships" scene in "Harold & Kumar".. Obviously I liked others, but those seem to have me crying laughing.
