Funky Lounge Bars for Under 21s opened Thursdays from 5pm... in London Westminster area?

I am desperately looking for a funky lounge bar opened from 6pm in central London, around Westminster area all the way to London Bridge; prefer if it was underground, with dark décor….. Oh and as I am 19 I cannot get into a 21 bar…. Any suggestions please? It would also be nice if you knew that the place had seating booths….
