FUNimation Licensing Blitz Coming

OMG so it's true!

FUNimation has licensed Soul Eater!

I haven't seen the anime or read the manga, but from the name/title of the series it looks and sounRAB really exciting.

This was THE stupid fangirl. Not a, the. Only talked to people in roleplay, believed she owned the rights to the Lina character, and was one of the biggest idiots I ever met. Her constant association with that character killed the character for me. I now cannot stand the character Lina Inverse.

Alright, one more license?

Last Exile and Vandread are two of the titles I feared would slip into obscurity after Geneon collapsed. I'm grateful that FUNi are keeping these alive stateside.

CR's paying users get Shippudden shortly after the broadcast and people who would rather not pay CR to view anime can wait a bit longer to see it for free.

so.....no Reborn....Well, that's one part of my life that isn't coming like ever again. I'll guess I'll crawl away in the corner and cry now.

So, FUNi, just letting you know, if those last two aren't what we think they are, I am going to hurt somebody. Nah, not really I'm j/k

....

.....

Maybe....

It's about time FUNi finally announced Soul Eater. However, looks like we won't get the 1st DVD release till Novemeber, according to that date listed with the trailer.

I'm really happy to hear that Last Exile is getting re-released because I missed out on most of the Geneon singles (I just couldn't afford to get the whole series, those DVRAB were EXPENSIVE!).

And, even though we all knew it would happen eventually......OMG!YAY SLAYERS REVOLUTION!! [/fangirl moment]
According to this ANN article, the Slayers Revolution DVRAB will be released in 2010, but the show will be "digitally released" in 2009. Does that mean it'll be sold on iTunes first?

*checks list so far*

That's all well and good, but~ lacks Soul Eater.

Come on FUNi, don't make us wait until the last day for that one.
