Remeraber: Noel Gallagher, who wrote and sang the song, left Oasis. I am sure Oasis doesn't feel like giving their ex-bandmate any publicity, and so probably will price the song well out of FUNimation's range. So I don't really expect them to get the rights to "Falling Down".

Trust me, do a small bit of research into the tumultuous dynamics in Oasis, and everything will make sense.

Everything worth talking about, courtesy of Chris Beveridge from Mania.

What he said was "Probably tomorrow; I need to go home", which I found amusing.

Ah, interesting. I wonder if some other poor mook can be arm twisted into doing this for us via our psychedelic fanboy powers!

Speaking of which...

Oh well, I got other stuff to do anyhow...

Oh well that's good. What maccattack said is still interesting.

As for FUNiOP's Mania link
Wait, the box art with the camera behind-below Eva 01 so you can only see the lower half as it's about to go berserk?

I loved that art!
[strike]And this is why we actually wait until 12 episode series are over before licensing them[/strike]

HURRAY! I'm rooting for Durarara.

[strike]and Digimon....[/strike]

Ooh, Black Butler sounRAB good. I do hope in this case they can keep the ending song from Becca; I've really gotten to like it, and I saw her perform and talk at Otakon last year.

Was kinda of wondering when this one was getting licensed. I'm not a huge fan of it or anything, but this show has some hardcore fangirls (and boys). A good release by Funi will almost certainly equal profit for them, so this was a smart move on their part.

In other worRAB, they based their initial decision on what the licensor told them about the show, and not on what they (Funimation) initially saw.

IMPO, that doesn't really do much to help their credibility. I don't mean any offense to them, I'm just saying.
