Funeral song

Really? You want Coldplay to be played at your funeral? Really?

I like your choices too!

Also, I would like to add to mine the second movement of Beethoven's 7th sonata to be played as well as Chopin's Nocturne in C minor op 48.

HMM. I've picked the song of all songs that I would definatley have played at my funeral.

Red Hot Chili Peppers - Don't Forget Me

just the perfect song for that.

Ryan Adams - So Alive
GYBE - Lift Your Skinny Fists Like Antennas To Heaven
Nightwish - Dead To The World
Blackmore's Night - Past Times With Good Company

Dave

I would be really tempted to play kansas - dust in the wind, just because I know so many of my frienRAB would be reminded of will ferral in Old School and start laughing.

if I die tomorrow, it would be "Everybody Here Wants You" by Jeff Buckley, and no it wont be dedicated to myself...
if I die an old happy-full, I'd choose "Where Do the Children Play?" by Cat Stevens

i would have 3 libras - a perfect circle.. prob man on the moon -REM or the pyramind song - radiohead. all brillant songs (Y)... yea riders on the storm - the doors too =D

^ If that was referring to me being upset, you could not be more wrong. If I were going to close it, I would have done so already. Secondly, you are aware that I'm a girl right?

Either "In the Aeroplane Over the Sea" or "Motion Pitcture Soundtrack" by Radiohead, although that may be a little too depressing.

Going Underground by the Jam if it's a burial, Burn Baby Burn by Ash if I'm getting cremated.

I think I'd like Johnny Cash's version of Hurt or something by Elliot Smith. Definitely something with a really strong male vocal. Possibly Street Spirit by Radiohead, because my mum loves it.

It's like in High Fidelity, when he plans out his funeral songs.

I really have no idea what I would want, but it'd be fun to just have the entire Metal Machine Music album playing on repeat...:D
