functions for bike parking facilities?

hey there,would appreciate some ideas/input

what could be primary functions, secondary functions, and unintended functions for a bike parking facillity ie. bike rack or enclosed parking space for bikes, or some physical structure to secure a bike to.

primary---basic function
secondary---another function it could serve
unintended----function it serves, but was not designed for
