Hello, I am very interested in the new Android 2 Global but have a few questions that I couldn't clear up immediately after reading online about it.
Firstly, it seems like I get mixed results across the web in reference to whether or not Verizon uses SIM cards in any of their phones. I hear that the Android 2 Global does have a SIM card slot but am curious about whether or not it is unlocked for usage of any SIM card. I work outside of the US and am constantly travelling back and forth. For a phone to have this functionality is highly important for me.
Next, I guess this is simply a high hopes question but I have also done some research on dual SIM card phones. Being that my current phone works in some countries outside of the US on the CDMA network, I am assuming that the Android 2 Global will as well. Basically my question is whether or not this phone would function as a dual SIM card phone by accepting calls from my US number while abroad as well as locally on my internationally-used SIM card for whichever country I happen to be in.
I hope I can get some aclaration on these matters. I really like all of the other features that the Android 2 Global has to offer....
Thanks!
