If you live in a very small city such as mine, not very much.
I always wanted to volunteer for things - but my city does not permit you to till you are 18.
I always want to go to the parks - but the parks commonly have a drug problem around here.
You could try going to the library and learn new things or go to the museum, but seeing that you are having emphasized that you cannot drive - there isn't any buses, trains, metros, taxies, or anything in reasonable walking or biking distance.

the internet is a good start of having fun watching funny videos on you tube ,meta cafe ,etc and recreational activity like making an hobby or prank anybody who is everybody that's fun specially when your thirteen

Well, I'm 13 also. I watch TV sometimes, I go for a lot of walks. I play on my DS, and I use my iPod touch a lot. But I'm mainly a gamer, I'm on the computer so much I'm officially labeled as a nerd. I certainly don't look like a nerd, but I guess I am on the inside. I like World of Warcraft, WC3, Diablo II, Starcraft. But, of course, it's not really normal for a teenage girl to play those games. But I'm hooked, ha ha. I guess I got it from my dad and brother, they're geeks! (There are certain levels of computer fools. 200-1500 hours of gameplay [Straight hours, no breaks] is considered Computer Nerd. 1500-4500 hours of gameplay is Computer Geek. Beyond 4500 hours of gameplay is Computer Idiot. He he.) If you're not into gaming like me, give me a message, we can chat about things or maybe even become friends. [email protected] .
