just messing around and discovered a fun time waster...

-shoot out the tires on a motorcycle
-kill cops until at least 3-star rating
-try to outrun cops on the tireless bike.

freaking hilarious
 
That said I like to take a car and go full speed crashing into stuff until it's about to catch fire. Then I'll hit a car head on in an intersection and park my car as close to as many cars as possible and then stand back and watch the carnage unfold while I don't get any wanted stars.
 
i like to do head-on collisions on the freeways, trying to see if it's possible to eject my body from my car and land in the front seat of the vehicle i hit. it would be especially awesome if i landed in their car, and they landed in mine
 
- sniping tires of cars at high speed
- calling 911 for all three units (EMS, Fire, Police) and causing mass chaos in a crowded street
 
Cause a traffic accident so you have 2-3 cars together and a tieup behind them. Then casually drop a grenade between the stopped cars Oopsie

I also like to blow up gas stations. Basically anything to get my subwoofer going like crazy.
 
Taking myself up in the helicopter as high as I can and head full speed down the island. I'll jump out part way and try to bounce off a vehicle at an exorbitant rate of speed.
 
In multiplayer using the ramps at the airport to jump your car over the airplane's wings.

Using the heli to fly as high as possible in the center of times square then skydiving to your death as other people watch
