fun PE to do with kids? sports or warm ups?

i'm 14 and im taking a leadership course. i will be monitored as i create lesson plans and teaching kids aged 5-9 both sex's ill be teaching.
so any ideas what they will find fun any warm up ideas or sports to do?
 
Check out www.pecentral.com. I use this sight all of the time! They have great ideas. I think that there is also a sight called Mr. Gym that some of my friends use to get ideas. You can do the activities as they are written or tweak them to better meet your needs!
