FullMetal Alchemist New Series 2009

Dude for some reason even thought they just dedicated 1 ep. to nina a tucker story it hits me as hard as the last tym or worst i hated myself from knowing tucker was going to mutate nina when she hugged him at least in this one he died early xP

Episode 46 saw Bradley tricked to go back to central and caught up in an explosion on the train back although I'm sure he's ok, the ending with Father putting his hand on Olivier's shoulder did not look good for her, she has kept her cool in the situation she's in, but it wouldn't take much for Father to kill her just incase he suspects something, this ending is gonna be insane.

Personally, I'm totally psyched about this.
I love that they're making a new FMA series. However, I'm also hoping that it will be a reanimation of the original.. and like someone else said, just keep on the same track as the manga does, instead of taking a different turn like the original anime. I find it hard to believe that they would do all that work to re-anime the first 20-some-odd episodes that were just fine.. but maybe FMA is just popular enough to cause them to have to.

Yea, I was sort of hoping they would go more in depth with the whole gate of truth thing, it was kind of vague. Maybe the manga does a better job of explaining it.

Now that you mention it, you have a point. Perhaps there will be some changes in the order of the storyline. We're talking about Bones here, after all.

well, yeah, but... no offense, dont gimme bad rep, but im not crazy about that artist.I mean, some of his work is okay (death note, right???)
but this manga and anime of his just isnt his best, y know?

And another great ep this week. :3 Should be interesting to see how people react to the next 2-3 eps since there's a pretty huge plot difference coming up.

Say what? There's going to be more Fullmetal? Is it just a remake, or a continuation of what happened in Conqueror of Sharabala? Is anyone even sure of that yet?

If it is a remake, I REALLY hope they don;t ruin it. I love that anime too much to see them ruin such greatness.

Just watched it.... good stuff!

I feel like the animation was done this way as it is a bit closer to the style of the manga. It's a bit funky, but it's all pretty good still.

I'm glad that the series is kind of immediately jumping into the plot and important happenings.

The totally perfect enthusiastic English of the guy at the eyecatcher scared the crap out of me. xD

And today's outfit includes FMA shirt, wristband, and necklace, yay!

I was thinking that myself, when the shadowy figure was in the distance he didn't, but when he got right close to Ed he looked spot on to Gluttony.

I really like the new FMA, but it always seems really rushed to me. It could be really confusing to someone if they werent familiar to the series already. Im hoping they slow down and start taking their time when they get further into it.

Firstly, artist is a female and... your facts are pretty much off.
Also, I do agree that the style is a bit not so hot with what I'm used to but you should be able to overlook that since the story is so well done.

And by some standarRAB, the first series sucked for straying from the manga [not my standarRAB but...].
This series just interests me because I get to see the manga's story without having to read it [yes I am lazy]

Anyway: I'll watch ep 2 tomorrow morning...
