I wanted Venom as a villian. The Sandman looks abit lame.

In the other thread there was a link to brief footage of Venom, so it's not like he won't be in it.

Having said that, Sandman seems too fantasy for the Spider-Man films. He wasn't one of the villains I would have expected.
