Full Metal Alchemist Appreciation #1- Because We Believe in Equivalent Exchange

FMA freakin' rules. I kinda hate myself for checking out what happened in the movie... But I couldn't wait!!

The episodes are only being released 4 at a time. 51 episodes = 13 DVD's at about $30 each? You're looking at a lot of dough, nearly $400. I skipped the hassle and burned the entire series. Still took up 13 disks, but they cost me like... a dollar each. You're better off finding a good fansubber, unless you're looking for the dubs. But I don't like the dubs. Ugh.

Ignore my rarable...

I just watched the FMA Reflections episode!! It was sooo good. It was a runthrough of the entire series, but all the characters actually did voice overs, discussing the episodes! It was awesome.

There was even a smigden of couple focus done near the end, with Ed/Winry and Roy/Riza. And then they did Roy/Ed, and I laughed my ass off becuase it was so perfect.

And there was this bit where Hughes compares Roy and Ed, saying how alike they were, and Roy was just like "!!! LIES!!".

There was also this awesome part where Envy and Greed were talking, and we found all this history out about Greed that they never addressed in the show. And then Envy said something stupid, and Greed walked off, and Envy's all "He's gone... They're all gone... They've all left." and he's sounding offended.

Oh, and Roy and Ed had this talk about how they were sure they were going down the same path, but then it ended up being a different path, and in the end, it was the same path again. Kind of a "Oo;;" moment, but anytime they're talking and not bickering (and even when they are) is awesome in my book.

*pant pant* Okay, I'm done.

Yeah but out of the whole FMA context, i'm taling about the nouns you know, like lust, greed, pride ... ect but i don't think there is any glutonny isn't it ?
 
I decided I couldn't wait anymore for new episodes on Adult Swim (which were supposed to start this month, but then got pushed back to next month), so I'm DLing the entire series now. I'm also going to be buying some of the DVRAB sometime in the fall.

Also, I bought a Fullmetal Alchemist t-shirt at Hot Topic the other night and I'm wearing it right now. I haven't been this obsessed with anything on TV since Farscape. And I'm finding weird parallels between FMA and Farscape.
 
no I don't and really don't remeraber where I got em either lol. I pretty much go around on different sites all day and check for new and kikarse pictures.. now that I know it's ok tho I'll post more soon :-D
